Housed in a historical building, The House Hotel Old Tbilisi will be the new gem in town, with its 17 boutique rooms designed in a bid to preserve the historical style of a building nestled in a place of history and Georgian architecture, showcasing local contemporary art and modern design and architectural elements. The 70 seat courtyard restaurant will attract both locals and international guests. Spanish Michelin star chef, Jaume Puigdengolas will identify and train local talent chefs brigade, taking Georgian food to a new level.
