Minimizing Environmental Impact

The House Hotel Jeddah City Yard places a stronghold on efficient operations, completely localizing our supply chain and driving local economic development. The hotel was built using locally sourced building materials and designed with traditional Saudi woodwork. In integrating UBBU values, we have aligned with governmental sustainability initiatives, placing a high priority on sustainable waste management practices.

To further reduce our carbon footprint, we make use of environmentally friendly equipment with our Heat Recovery Chiller System, producing up to 90% Free Hot water.

Empowerment of Employees & Local Community

At The House Hotel Jeddah City Yard, some of the initiatives that we advocate for are aimed at female empowerment such as Qurrah and Wosool while others such as Gosi inspire inclusivity for all. In upholding UBBU values on youth empowerment, we have partnered with Effat University in creating local internships & training opportunities.
